Omasila trek

This route is moderate to strenuous.The trek start from Atting village,can seek the blessing of the Zongkhul monastery before gradual ascend to the might snow fed Omasi la .The landscape of the entire valley is magnificent.     Rest in leh either 1 or 2 days to get acclimatised, can spend the days scrolling around leh town or visit nearby monastery.
  • Day 2
    Leh to Kargil by car (7 hours) Night stay in Hotel
  • Day 3
    Kargil to Rangdum by car (6 hour) Night stay at the Fixed camp
  • Day 4
    Rangdum to Zanskar (Atting starting pont of the trek) by car (5 hours)

    Atting to Stranphok
  • Day 6
    Stranpok to Omasila base
  • Day 7
    Omasila base to Khachey spangsa
  • Day 8
    Khachey Spangsa to Sunchem Doksa
  • Day 9
    Sunchem to Danga /Michil
  • Day 10
    Michile to Chushoti thang
  • Day 11
    Chushoti thang to Gulabgarh, same day drive to Kistawar
  • Day 12
    Kistawar to Srinagar and toward destination
